Privacy Policy

What personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

FourVia Solutions (“FourVia”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

We follow the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012, and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for the information of people in Canada.

1. What we collect

When you contact us or book a call: your name, email, phone number, company name, type of business, what you need help with, and anything you write in your message.

When you apply to join our team: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city and country, work experience, the tools you use, a link to your resume or LinkedIn, and anything you tell us about yourself.

When you visit our website: we do not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website securely.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Why we use it

We use your information only to:

  • Answer your questions and prepare for discovery calls.
  • Prepare proposals and provide our services.
  • Review job applications and contact applicants.
  • Keep records our business needs, or that the law requires.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us run our business:

  • Google (Forms, Calendar, Gmail and Drive), which stores form answers, bookings and emails.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts our website and counts visits.

These companies may store information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. They protect it under their own security and privacy commitments.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. After that, we delete it.

5. How we protect it

We limit access to the people who need it, use two-step verification on our accounts, and train every team member in confidentiality and data privacy.

6. Client data we handle for our clients

When we work for a client, we may handle personal information that belongs to their business, such as their leads, buyers, sellers or tenants. We use that information only to do the client’s work and only on the client’s instructions. It is never shared with another client. Our Client Service Terms explain this in more detail.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your information, or stop using it, where the law allows.
  • Withdraw a consent you gave us.

To ask, email hello@fourviasolutions.com.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (Philippines) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
